This may not be what you want to hear right now as you are shifting through the next phase of your business, but here goes. I'm not saying to not worry about making money, I just want you to prioritize working on things that people can't take away from you.

Things like your beliefs, your mindset, your character, your skills, and the way you talk to people. These are all the things that attract quality people that want to create relationships with you. Work on yourself daily and your business will start to grow.

Your success In any business Is directly proportional to the amount of work you put into yourself to grow. Here is an excerpt from the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius’s journal that shows how he dealt with some of these challenges.

‘You can rid yourself of many useless things among those that disturb you, for they lie entirely in your imagination; and you will then gain for yourself ample space by comprehending the whole universe in your mind, and by contemplating the eternity of time, and observing the rapid change of every part of everything, how short is the time from birth to dissolution, and the illimitable time before birth as well as the equally boundless time after dissolution’

In another meditation, he expands on this idea:

Think of yourself as dead. You have lived your life. Now, take what’s left and live it properly. What doesn’t transmit light creates its own darkness.

Remember that most of your challenges lie in your head. On how you perceive each situation. We all have this challenge, but it doesn’t mean we should not work on reducing our biases daily.
