In my evening routine I have a section that involves taking a moment to be grateful. It’s not always easy to get into the right state of mind to think through my day and be thankful quickly. I thought through this process a little more and came up with a simple process that involves questions and awareness so that regardless of where you are you can instantly find the right perspective to be grateful.
Here’s the simple outline.
The more you look for things to be grateful for the more you will appreciate around you. Here’s an easy process to practice daily to get you going in the right direction.
I’ve been running this process for 6 months in the evenings and it’s brought a lot of positive emotions my way. I smile a lot and I reflect on the good in my life. Try it this morning or later today. I’ve also put it below so you can save it for later in your phone.
